  24. I had a similar problem a while back, try checking/replacing the dip on the
  25. daughter board.  (there are two, I belive it is the NAND chip) The auto-config
  26. signal is sent through the first board, back to this chip (after it has 
  27. configured, and then on the the next slot (etc.)  Email me if you need more
  28. specifics and I'll open up my 4000 and give you the gritty details.
